"India needs to improve the way how things are taught." - Prabeen Kumar

Prabeen Kumar

Hailing from a very small city, Prabeen was always a bright and ambitious student. He always wanted to contribute his part to the society by doing something for the youth of this country.

After completing 10th grade from his hometown, he went to Kota for further studies and to prepare for engineering entrance. While in Kota, he started noticing how toxic and pressurizing the environment is there for students. He could clearly see how most of the students don't enjoy learning and because of this either they get distracted or they get depressed, from that moment he knew that to grow, India needs to improve the way how things are taught.

He knew that subjects are to be taught in a way so that they demonstrate practical application the methodology should be such that students enjoy it. Later on, during his 3rd year in engineering, he suffered from a major health issue that caused him to miss his semester, when he got cured, his perspectives had changed, he knew how precious life is, he didn't want to get caught in the rat race.

After graduating in 2014 as an engineer, Prabeen knew what he wanted to do, he wanted to make a better environment for youth in this country, he knew they deserved better and they can achieve more than they are doing now. Prabeen came up with Pithus to lead young children into the beautiful world of Mathematics.

He has been teaching for 6 years and has always been more of a mentor and a friend than a teacher to the students, that is the reason students have excelled under

him and brought laurels to the academy.

But his dream is yet to come true, he envisions reaching children who aren't able to get access to quality education.

He is determined to teach every underprivileged student in his academy not just being defined to classrooms but also the skillset which will be of great help to them in real life.
