"On a journey of self, through the self, to the self” - Kartik Pandit

Kartik Pandit
Sometimes life offers a series of choices and what defines you is how you respond to those choices!

Like most kids in India, Kartik Pandit grew up with a dream – to explore and know more. This young boy hailing from Nagpur made critical choices right at the onset of his college life. He spent his first year building go-kart. Needless to say a degree in engineering simply

wouldn’t appease his appetite. A living testament of his emotional intelligence came to the fore when he Co-founded an NGO named Twinkle Foundation -rescuing children from trafficking and decided to build a team who could reach them for free- when in second year of his college. The foundation grew exponentially in no time and became one of largest youth NGO in central India which worked against trafficking, thus paving a path toward his awareness of his purpose & passion. However, he admits that career choices aren’t always straightforward. His passion for music had him leaning towards taking it up professionally. An adept musician, who can play 13+ instruments, found himself oscillating between personal interests and making an objective choice. There is rarely a right answer in such situations and one generally goes either by their gut or rationale. At that point it seemed wiser to him to follow his passion for education. His love for learning opened doors swiftly post college and Kartik worked with world’s most valued Ed-tech company for a years gaining critical experience in the field of education. An adventurer by heart and doer by action, his goal went beyond academics and professional proficiency. His love for nature and the environment along with his personal beliefs found an alignment when opportunity presented itself in the form of Worldview Education, an experiential learning organization. As a L&D professional, he works upon developing projects that offer holistic, experiential and immersive learning through education as a medium. You will often find him walking barefoot on streets, he adopted barefoot life style 11 months back. You may join him for early morning barefoot runs for some good conversations! You want to be his friend?

talk about snakes! He loves them!

When he is not delving on critical solutions to developing skills among students and corporates alike, he writes sometimes.
