"We never lose hope. We either win or learn." - Nishtha Agrawaal

Taran & I met during the lockdown online. We were introduced through mutuals and we instantly connected as if we knew each other since long. There was a spark in us that just worked! We had a lot in common, our interests matched, especially the creative part, and that’s where our journey began, Inked Stories  a social media community for writers was born.

Being into the creative field, we really never got appreciation and that was something that demotivated us. Somewhere in between, we realized that it was not just us, but there were many sailing in the same boat, and that’s when we wanted to do something for them, we wanted to do something for the youth.

It’s just been a few months on this new journey, and we’ve published stories giving life to the words of those in our community. We have conducted events, competitions and hired interns on a monthly basis. We have published a book - "Enchanted", featuring over hundreds of writers. We have collaborated with many non-profit organizations sharing social messages with the netizens. Accepting the new normal our moto is to ‘voice the local’. We have motivated individuals to speak what they feel and express themselves and have turned into nothing but a little family of over 200+ writers who just love this platform a lot.

As humans, we usually underestimate ourselves, and that’s what we had been doing our whole life. But these vibes gave us happiness, which we think we couldn’t get through anything else. The smiles and the happiness we spread daily amongst our team, we’ve realized there could be nothing better than that.

Every individual has a creative side inside them, it’s high time we unveil it. Through the stories we publish, we feel that we can change the perspective of individuals and ultimately the world!
