It's Okay to not be Strong Always


 

When we see people happy and lively we think that we're not as strong as them; but in reality what actually makes them stronger is, the expression of their feelings. Feelings when kept bottled up can cause mental health issues, making you feel worthless, anxious and so much more. We over think so much over little things, that are of no significance and finally end up gulping them down like a calcium tablet with water. 

But does this overthinking and pushing down feelings affect our bones? No it doesn't.
Our heart and head will be affected, further increasing our stress.

Do you know how you can be strong?

All you need to do is share what you are feeling!

Even if it is just by writing down what you feel on a notepad and then throwing the page in the bin..

It's okay to be sad, gloomy, distracted but it's more important to live and laugh..

So, be strong and let it out because the person who has the courage to let things out is the one who is strong..

It's all about your heart and mind friends! You can work on your external body by exercising. But it's more important to take care of your internal body, i.e. your heart and mind first.
