"Gurukul : From the backbench to the Top."- Shirin Makkad

 

Born in a small town in Madhya Pradesh and as someone who always saw his parents working hard for his education, never in his wildest dream had he thought he would become one of the best teachers, this country would ever have. He completed his engineering in times where employment was rare and rejected high paying jobs in hope to teach. He started his own institution from scratch after working at a tuition class. 

He started Gurukul Institution soon after leaving. Though he started from zero, his entrepreneurial mind and all his hard work and effort, in the very first year shocked the city with great results. The second year was the same and it continues till date. His philosophy is that, "everyone takes toppers and makes them toppers, but nobody thinks about the average and low scorers" 

His achievement lies in the smile of the parents of his students when their child who used to score less earlier, clears exams with flying colours. Teaching came naturally to him, he was more of a lief teacher than a subject teacher. 

Every student of him, has reached to the top of their respective fields and despite of many people involved in their life, they believe it was Shirin Sir and his blessings behind their success. His unique way of teaching is appreciated by many other teachers and parents. He is one of a kind. 

In the modern generation where teaching is all about business, this young man is ready for creating change
